What constitutes a ‘user’?
A user is a person who has access to the ‘back end’ of the application and has the ability to create, update, and edit projects (permissions dependant).
What is not considered a ‘user’ is an external user who has read only and comment access to the portal. These users are usually there for your customers and are authorised only to see their projects. -
